Sponsorship Terms

PromptsByVy (promptsbyvy.com) is operated by Vyara Jones (PromptsByVy), Brigantine, NJ, USA. These terms cover sponsor placements bought on this site. Questions: hello@promptsbyvy.com.

What we sell

• Featured Listing: $29/month, recurring. A pinned card on the homepage and one category page.
• Sponsor Package: $79/week, recurring. Top placement on the homepage and category pages, your logo in the sitewide logo ticker, and your logo in the newsletter. Maximum 3 package sponsors at a time. Founding offer: code FOUNDING40 gives 40% off the first 3 months, for the first 3 sponsors.
• Halloween Spot: $29, one-time. A featured spot at the top of the Halloween page through October 31, 2026.
• Newsletter Sponsor: $39 per issue, or $129 for a 4-issue pack (one-time).
• Category Takeover: $149/month, recurring. A top banner on one category and its prompt pages.

Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Recurring plans renew automatically each period until cancelled. Taxes may apply at checkout.

Cancelling

Email hello@promptsbyvy.com to cancel. Cancelling stops future billing; your placement runs until the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy.

Going live

Your placement goes live within 24–48 hours after we receive your logo and link.

What we accept

We may decline or remove a sponsor that is illegal, adult, deceptive or offensive. If we remove one, we refund any unused prepaid time.

Labels and results

Sponsored placements are labeled "Sponsored". We don't guarantee any amount of traffic, clicks or results.

Our prompts

The prompts on this site are free to use.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
