Refund Policy

• Before your placement goes live: full refund on request.
• After it goes live: no partial refunds for the current period. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing (see Terms).
• If we remove your placement for a reason that isn't your fault, or we can't deliver it, we refund the unused time pro-rata.

How to request a refund

Email hello@promptsbyvy.com. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.
